My son loves his new big boy bed. I bought this bed to convince him to sleep in his own room and so far it's working great. He has to go down the slide a few times before bed each night, this bed is so much fun. The only thing I didn't like was the huge sticker stuck to the head of the bed it did not peel off easily and took some work to remove but other than that it's great.

First the bed arrive earlier then expected which was great for the holidays, second it took me 30 minutes to put together alone. Also, it can support myself and my son without a problem and is very well build, we watch movies together all the time. My son loves to play underneath and it is very spacious for at least 2 people and a ton of toys. The slide is very stable and the ladder has been no problem for my son. I highly recommend this product.

Great bed! Very sturdy - just a little bit difficult to put together since so many of the screws are so close in size. I decided not to put the front extended tent on since my son's room is not so big...and we love it just like that. We took the side panel and wrapped it around the front half and it looks awesome!!! This bed has reformed my 4-year-old son's behavior. He's happier; he's more social. He is now hosting imagination adventure excursions for his siblings in his room. He's not moping and whining constantly to be entertained. Rather, he entertains himself in and out of the tent and up and down the slide. More importantly, he sleeps every night, through the whole night in HIS own bed without waking and without crawling into ours. The Camouflage G.I. We purchased this bed for our 4 year old son to hopefully get him from having to sleep in mom and dad's bed or to have someone in bed with him while he fell asleep. It worked he likes his bed so much that he willing gets into it at night.

The bed went together in about 1 1/2 hours and was a true hit for our precious 2 year old. The screws could have been better labeled as to which went where but other than that, this bed was perfect. Would recommend this absolutely!!

This is a great bed! I was able to assemble it myself (a little mommy) in just 2 hours. It is very sturdy and our son loves it!!! The only thing is that the metal frame is a dark green, not silver looking like in the picture and the camou is green, black and a puke green...no tan colors. Other than that is is a great bed!

Great bed, my son loves it! He goes up the ladder and down the slide all day and when he gets to slide out of bed in the morning it always puts a smile on his face. Also, the tent and play area under the bed is good for saving space, since it can be used as play space. Plus, him and his friends like using it for a fort lol. The frame is very durable and it looks like it will last for quite a long time, even with plenty of rough play on and around it.

I think the bed was an awesome deal. We looked for something that our son would grow into, not out of for the next few years. We found this bed and it was PERFECT! Make sure you have a tape measure. The instructions DO NOT include scale size diagrams for the different size bolts, you have to measure them. Also, in some instances the bolts are VERY hard to screw all the way in with the allen wrench. I don't know if ours had some bent pieces, but the bolting it together would squeeze the pieces together, but put a lot of pressure on the them. Get ready for a little assembly frustration. Other than that, prepare for how big it is. Once it's in the room it seems much larger than the picture. The slide and tent come out 3 feet or so from the bed. Also seems like one of things that will get harder and harder to get back together if you need to disassemble it for a move.

This is a great bed. My son is 3 and would not sleep in his own bed that was only a year old.. Well with my hubby being deployed I had to figure something out I did not want my hubby coming home to our son in our bed. So I seen this bed my son fell in love with it. So we ordered it and threw out the old one. Now that we have it at home he has not moved from it. It very simple to put together. The only problem i had was finding out which screw was which but that only took me a few min. Its very sturdy and very adorable.

My kid loves this bed. His friends love it too! We had to establish "rules" or the kids would be on it all day long. It took about 3 hours for one person to put together, but it should go much faster with two people. The instructions are simple, there are just a lot of parts.

Great bed, easy to put together and very sturdy. My son loves it, he says he has the coolest room now. The bed and tent are pretty big, fits better in a room that is long rather than square. Unless you have a really big square room it will take up a good portion of it, but very good quality. You end up getting it much sooner than the 6 weeks, more like 2 to 3, so don't let that discourage you from purchasing it.

I had to await delivery of this product before my question was answered. I wondered if the slide could be moved to the right instead of the left. It couldn't which is a shame as the manufacturers wouldn't have to do too much more to it to make it a more desirable product. My 9 yr old is thrilled. I thought it might be a bit too juvenile for him, but absolutely not. The sturdy frame and flat rungs on the step ladder that won't hurt his feet, are all great. The only minor problem was a (very) small hole in the camo tent, but it's not noticeable, just annoying. All in all, we are very pleased.

I had to wait for the delivery of the bed before my question was answered. My question was, could the bed be reversed? In other words, the picture shows the bed with the slide on the left if you face the bed and I wanted to know if the slide could be put on the right. The answer was no. It's a shame because the designers wouldn't have to do much to make that an excellent option for buyers. It didn't make a difference in the end but it would have been nice to have had that question answered. Very pleased with overall quality of bed frame although the tent had a small hole in the material but not hugely noticeable. No parts were missing for a change, and the bed was easy to put together. Purchased for a 9 year old and he loves it and so do his friends. I can't get him out of his room now!

The instructions are not especially helpful with several of the bolts and washers apperaing to be interchangable until you are 3/4 done and have to go backwards unfastening earlier mistakes. The braces for the slide hardly appear in the instructions. It would be a great boon to have the bolt illustrations be actual size rather than having to find a measuring tape to separate 11/4" from 1 3/8" In the end the grand kids love it

I painted my 7 yr old son's room in Camouflage colors with accents. The bed looks fabulous! He is very, very pleased with it.
It was surprisingly easy to assemble ~ wonderful! All the screws and hardware were in one package~ very well organized. The only thing that I had a litte trouble with was assembling the slide, and figuring out how exactly to tie the camo cloth onto the sides of the bed. All in all NOT a big deal at all! I just set it up last nite, so don't know how it'll hold up, but it seems very sturdy. Of course the slide has been used numerous times already. I would say this is good quality and good value. I searched the internet to find what I wanted and I am extremely pleased. The price is good, the bed is good and my son is happy. What more could you ask for?

I was a little worried that this bed might be too juvenile for my 9 year old but it's not. It's a pretty sizeable bed and very sturdy and he and his friends love playing and sleeping under the tent. I can't tell you how hard it is to put together because someone else put it together but the quality is really high. The bars are very nice and are even a green color, matches my son's army room in every way. We are very happy with this purchase!

This bed is the best idea I've had yet. We bought this bed for our 3 year old son to try and bribe him into sleeping in his own bed. It worked like a dream. This is the coolest bed in town. The assembly was as easy as can be for a project of this size. The bolts come nicely sorted, but I would suggest to take the time to label them before assembly. The side rails are tall enough that I don't worry about even my wiggle worm falling out in the night. The tent is huge! The slide is very durable with nice tall sides as well. My chlid now looks forward to rainy days. He spends more time in his room playing than ever before and we are the coolest parents ever. The only warning I have for you is your child will have alot of friends wanting to spend more time at your house!

We love this bed! It is a basic bunk bed at the top where you sleep, but add the slide and the tent and WOW! It is very roomy under the tent. We put his toddler mattress and his old toy chest in the tent and its still room for me, him and my husband to lay under there with him to read books and look at our portable dvd player together. And its very cute. It look nice in the picture but in person it look so much better. We think his room look better than ours now, lol.

I was somewhat dissapointed when the bed arrived. From all pictures and info, I assumed the bed frame was black but it's hunter green. The safety rails are not as high as I expected and the ladder needs more rungs. The slide is SUPER fast, so be careful with smaller kids. So far my son hasn't fallen out but am a bit worried he might! We could only do one configuration of the bed placement in our son's room, as it really is large.

My son likes the bed. It is really nicely made. It is allot bigger than I had thought as far as taking up floor space, and is shorter than I thought it would be. My 6 year old cannot stand up underneath the bed. When I think of loft beds, I think of a place that someone could stand up under the top bunk. The good side of this is that it is not too high for the little dude.

My 4 year old and 2 1/2 year old boys love this bed. My biggest concern with upgrading my boys into a twin sized bed was the play space they were going to loose. With this loft bed, they actually gained play space. My other concern was having my boys turn a loft bed into a raised trampoleen. Solution: purchase a foam bed or 3" thick foam topper instead of a spring mattress. We've had the bed a week now...so far, no injuries. My youngest was navigating up the ladder and down the slide all by himself within the first 10 minutes. The biggest surpise about this bed was how solid it is made. At 230lbs, I feel completely comfortable climbing the ladder, sleeping along side the boys, and yes, using the slide. You will not regret buying this bed for you children.
